LIVED WISDOM

I remember being a young child.

Do you?

I was so wild and free.

My wisdom was flowing with the Earth as I ran around making creations with twigs, leaves, wild sage and herbs, clay.. My laugh fell out of my mouth as I was tickled by the invisible forces that were fully visible to me as I roamed the land where I lived as a young girl. Fairies and wolves surrounded me constantly on my childhood property, inviting me to play all day, past hunger or thought. 

I knew nothing of the world I would be walking into.

I was so young, it was before the time of any limiting beliefs or programs being activated. I remember so clearly having absolutely no worry, no doubt, no hatred of my sacred body or wisdom. I felt fully one with the little universe that surrounded me. It was before “intuition” came, because I was so fully intuitive that there was no dissonance between my inner-knowing and what I was seeing/hearing. 

Do you remember the time before all of the pain came into your body, mind and spirit?

Before I realized, I was a young woman, far older than I really was. Makeup, tight clothes, lust… that ancient wisdom from when I was a child was overtaken by the program of popular feminine acceptance.

I lived many very, very difficult years in that space of pain. Drugs, sex, malnourishment, the fast life. All of it was a shiny medicine that took away the intense, deep sadness I felt in my heart from the longing I had for the girl I once was- fully intact and deeply immersed in the truth. 

Truth be told, I didn’t know if I would ever make it back to her consciousness- so pure, so playful, so abundant.

Have you been there?

As medicine women (all of us are medicine women when activated in our Truth), we have all been here. Our once holy, sacred, pure innocence pushed forcefully into power, control and disassociation.

At rock bottom, fully in bondage to the darkness, I woke up. I realized that the only way to complete my souls cycle in this lifetime and step into my dharma fully, I would have to make the great journey back to my freedom.

The journey demanded from me what I never though possible. The intensity of returning to my feminine wisdom in its most pure, unfiltered state- like raw honey- was unimaginable. Yet, so fully devoted, I kept walking.

I would no longer live half alive in my feminine wisdom, my instincts given to me by Spirit as my guiding compass of truth.

As I healed deeper and deeper, I realized that this pain was not mine. 

The trauma was not even mine. 

All of it was purposely placed before me as experience to wake me up, to initiate me back into my ancient feminine wisdom. 

Our greatest pain is our greatest gift when alchemized for our potential.

As women, we are needed now more than ever as soft, raw, awake leaders with deep ground and power. 

If you are reading this, that leader is you. 

The bondage you have been tied to- the hatred of your bodies, the deep feeling of having done something wrong, the deep undeserving, unworthiness, inability to create the life of your souls truth- all of this is being asked to be fully and forever healed and alchemized into magnetic potential.

So that you can know true life without the pull of the lie that you are not wholly perfect, designed intentionally to bring your sacred gifts and presence into the world right now.
